Scheduling an appointment in advance is recommended. You may request an appointment online through our Pet Portal, or call our office.

To request an appointment online, you will need to have a valid email address. Don’t forget to CHECK YOUR EMAIL, INCLUDING THE SPAM/JUNK EMAIL FOLDER FOR AN EMAIL WITH YOUR SUGGESTED APPOINTMENT TIME.

If you haven’t heard back from us within about 24 hours (longer if you request an appointment over the weekend when we are closed), then please give us a call or send us an email.  Sometimes computers and email don’t work right, and if you don’t get an email from our computer system about your requested appointment time, then something probably went wrong in cyber space.

PLEASE DO NOT SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS WITH OTHER CLINICS AND OUR CLINIC FOR THE SAME THING, TRYING TO SEE WHICH CLINIC CAN GET YOU THE SOONEST APPOINTMENT. 

We have been having people scheduling appointments with multiple clinics, trying to see which clinic can get them the soonest appointment.  Then these people are not canceling their appointments with us when another clinic gets them an appointment sooner.

When you make an appointment with our clinic and you No-Call-No-Show for your appointment, you are taking away an appointment time from someone else.  Which means other people’s pets are not able to get the medical care they need when you No-Call-No-Show.  

PLEASE BE COURTEOUS.  IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO COME TO THE APPOINTMENT YOU MADE AT OUR CLINIC,  PLEASE CANCEL ASAP, PREFERABLY 24 TO 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, SO THAT OTHER PETS CAN HAVE YOUR APPOINTMENT SLOT.
